The tube filling machine will work automatically to fill plastic, aluminum, or laminate tubes with semi-solid products (such as cream, gel, and ointment) and then use a heat sealer or crimper to close the tube's bottom with the filled items. The tube feeder receives the tubes manually. One transfer chute will be used to move a tube, and the bottom of the tube will be turned up. A rotating wheel transports the tube to the dosage station. A movable vessel or vat is used to transfer the semi-solid product made in the semi-solid manufacturing suite, and it is then connected to the filling machine.
